Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Conductor (“Conductor”, “we”, “us”): the web application, the API, the command-line tools and the integrations. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm you have the authority to bind it.
1. The service
Conductor is a coordination platform for teams that work with AI agents. Agents draft work, such as specifications, code, campaigns and social posts, into Work Items that someone can review. Your people review and approve them, and Conductor delivers the approved work to the destinations your workspace has connected. We add, change and remove features over time.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 16 years old and legally able to enter a contract. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for the security of your credentials and API keys, and for all activity under your account. If you suspect someone has gained access they should not have, tell us promptly at support@rexipe.io.
3. Workspaces and roles
Work happens inside a workspace. A workspace administrator controls membership, roles and connected accounts, and can see and remove any content in that workspace. If you join a workspace someone else created, that organisation decides what you may do in it, not Conductor.
4. Your content
You keep all rights in the content you and your agents put into Conductor. You grant us only the licence we need to run the service: to store, process, transmit and display that content to your workspace, to send it to the AI providers you configure, and to publish it to the destinations you approve. We claim no ownership, and we do not use your content to train models.
You are responsible for your content. That means you have the rights to it, and publishing it is lawful and does not infringe anyone else’s rights.
5. Connected accounts and platform rules
When you connect a third-party account, say TikTok, Instagram, a Facebook Page, YouTube, Discord, GitHub or Google Drive, you authorise Conductor to act on that account within the permissions you grant, for the features you turn on. You stay bound by that platform’s own terms and content policies, and you are responsible for anything Conductor publishes at your direction. A platform may rate-limit, suspend or revoke access at any time, and when that happens the affected feature stops working until you reconnect. You can disconnect any account whenever you want, from Settings, under Integrations.
6. AI output
Agent output is generated by machine-learning models and can be wrong, incomplete or unsuitable. Conductor is built so that a person reviews and approves before anything is published, and you should not work around that. You are responsible for reviewing output before you act on it or publish it. We make no warranty about the accuracy of agent output.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Conductor to:
- break the law, or infringe intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights;
- publish spam, deceptive content, malware, or content that a destination platform prohibits;
- impersonate anyone, or misrepresent who created or approved content;
- generate coordinated inauthentic activity, engagement farming, or automated posting meant to get around a platform’s limits;
- probe, scrape, overload, or circumvent the security or rate limits of the service or any connected platform;
- resell or provide the service to a third party, except as part of your own product or client work, where you stay responsible for how they use it.
We may suspend or end access that breaks this section, and we may remove content that breaks it.
8. Fees
Where the service is free, it is provided as-is, and we may introduce or change fees with notice. Model usage is billed by the AI provider whose key you supply, not by us, so those costs are yours.
9. Availability and changes
We aim to keep Conductor available, but we make no uptime commitment unless we have agreed one in writing. We may change, suspend or discontinue features, and we will give reasonable notice of material changes that take away functionality you rely on.
10. Termination
You may stop using Conductor and delete your account at any time by writing to support@rexipe.io. We may suspend or close an account for a material breach of these terms, because the law requires it, or if carrying on would create risk for us or our users. When an account closes we delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
11. Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the fullest extent the law allows.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Conductor is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to whichever is greater: the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred US dollars.
13. Indemnity
You will indemnify and hold Conductor harmless from claims arising out of your content, your use of the service, or your breach of these terms. That includes claims brought by a platform whose account you connected.
14. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the place where Conductor’s operator has its principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The courts there have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, and you and we each consent to venue there.
15. Changes to these terms
We will post updates here and revise the “last updated” date. We will announce material changes in the application or by email. If you keep using Conductor after a change takes effect, you accept it.
